When you receive delivery times these are quoted based on when your order leaves the warehouse and NOT from when you’ve placed your order. If the worst happens and we’re unable to fulfil your order we’ll contact you to give the option to amend what you have purchased. We advise against employing an installer until you have received and fully checked your delivery. We won’t pay to failed installation costs if an item doesn’t suit your requirements or is damaged.
Methods For Delivery
The courier chosen to make your delivery will depend on the weight and general size of the goods you have ordered. The courier will advise when the delivery has departed from our warehouse and you will be contacted with consignment information to advise more on your delivery. With this you will also get contact details for the courier delivering your order.
Product Deliveries For Small Items
A consignment number and the details for the courier will be emailed to you to allow tracking of your delivery online.
Small Parcel Deliveries May be Made at any time up until 9:00pm, so please don’t panic if your parcel has not arrived by 5:00pm.
Product Deliveries For Large Items
You will be e-mailed/telephoned with the consignment details directly by the transport company to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
To keep our cost to you as low as possible, the standard Pallet Deliveries are made by a single driver, who will not be able to move large items. They will deliver your order on a pallet to the outside of your address and for heavy and bulky items, this means that you may need to arrange for someone to be available to help you move your goods. Some drivers may assist with moving heavy items, but others due to age or physical issues will not be willing to.
With any of our deliveries the courier will require a signature at the delivery address before any goods are handed over. For this reason someone will need to be in to sign for the order. If you live in a communal building like a shared house or block of flats then identification will need to be presented to the driver. We do this to protect customers from fraud.
